مقدمة

يشمل هذا التقرير الموجز، خرائط ومخططات احصائية تتعلق بالضحايا الذين سقطوا خلال الثورة السورية حتى نهاية شهر تشرين أول/أكتوبر 2013، والتي تم إعدادها عبر مقاطعة البيانات والإحصائيات المفصلة للضحايا، والتي تصدرها هيئات عديدة من أهمها موقع “قاعدة بيانات شهداء الثورة السورية” [ref]   http://syrianshuhada.com/ [/ref] ، و”لجان التنسيق المحلية” [ref]   https://www.facebook.com/LCCSy [/ref] ، و”المرصد السوري لحقوق الإنسان” [ref]   http://www.syriahr.com/ [/ref] ، و”المركز السوري للإحصاء والبحوث” [ref]   http://csr-sy.org  [/ref] ، وموقع “مركز توثيق الإنتهاكات في سورية” [ref]   https://www.vdc-sy.info/ [/ref] ، وموقع “مركز دمشق لدراسات حقوق الإنسان” [ref]   http://www.dchrs.org/ [/ref] . والشبكة السورية لحقوق الإنسان [ref]   http://www.syrianhr.org/ [/ref].

عدد الشهداء بحسب المحافظات:

بلغ عدد الشهداء حتى نهاية تشرين أول/أكتوبر 2013 ‏، 95،981 شهيداً، يتوزعون على المحافظات بحسب الجدول رقم 1 :

ريف دمشق: 21،990، حلب: 14،705،  حمص: 14،429، إدلب: 11،149، درعا: 8،415، دمشق: 7،017، حماة: 6,040، دير الزور : 5،812، الرقة: 1،425، اللاذقية: 1،093، القنيطرة: 824، الحسكة: 751، طرطوس: 583، السويداء 69، الفلسطينيين في كافة المناطق: 1680.

  الشهداء الأطفال:

بلغ عدد الشهداء الأطفال خلال الثورة السورية بحسب المحافظات حتى نهاية تشرين أول/أكتوبر 2013 ، 8,639 شهيداً منهم 5,982 ذكور ، و 2,657 إناث، إضافةً إلى 128 طفل فلسطيني.

الشهيدات النساء:

بلغ عدد الشهيدات النساء خلال الثورة السورية بحسب المحافظات حتى نهاية ‏تشرين أول/أكتوبر 2013 ، 7,670 شهيدة (بدون الشهداء الأطفال من الإناث) ، إضافةً إلى 170 شهيدة فلسطينية.‏

عدد الأفراد المتأثرين بجرائم النظام والانتهاكات:

الجدول رقم 4 يبين عدد الضحايا حتى نهاية تشرين أول/أكتوبر 2013 ، مع عدد أفراد العائلات المتأثرة، حيث يوضح الجدول أن حوالي نصف تعداد الشعب السوري قد تأثر بشكل مباشر بجرائم النظام والانتهاكات الحاصلة.

 عدد العائلات التي أصبحت بدون معيل:

الجدول رقم 5 يبين عدد الضحايا حتى نهاية تشرين أول/أكتوبر 2013 ، مع عدد أفراد العائلات التي أصبحت بدون معيل، حيث يوضح الجدول أن حوالي 112 ألف عائلة قد أصبحت بدون معيل.

Statistical Tables and Maps till the End of October 2013

This brief report includes statistical data in tables and maps illustrating the number of victims fell by the Syrian regime during the Syrian Revolution till the end of October 2013. These statistics have been prepared following crosschecking various detailed statistical data issued by the most reliable concerned authorities, prominent among them: “Database of Syrian Revolution Martyrs” [ref] http://syrianshuhada.com/[/ref], “Local Coordination Committees of Syria” [ref] https://www.facebook.com/LCCSy[/ref], “Syrian Observatory for Human Rights” ^{[ref] http://www.syriahr.com/[/ref]} , “Syrian Center for Statistics and Research” [ref] http://csr-sy.org[/ref], “Violation Documentation Center in Syria” [ref] https://www.vdc-sy.info/[/ref], Damascus Center for Human Rights Studies” [ref] http://www.dchrs.org/ [/ref] and “Syrian Network for Human Rights” [ref] http://www.syrianhr.org[/ref].

• Number of the Martyrs in the Syrian Governorates

The total number of martyrs in all Syria till the end of October 2013 reached 95,981, distributed by governorate as shown in table no. 1:

Damascus Countryside: 21,990 , Aleppo: 14,705, Homs: 14,429, Dara’a: ‎8,415‎,  Damascus:  ‎7,017‎, Hama: ‎6,040‎, Deir al-Zour: ‎5,812‎, Palestinians in all areas: ‎1,680‎, Raqqa: ‎1,425‎, Lattakia: ‎1,093‎, Hasaka: ‎824‎, Tartus: ‎751‎, Quneitra: ‎583‎ and Sweida: ‎69‎

• Number of the Martyrs Children in the Syrian Governorates

The total number of martyrs children till the end of October 2013 reached 8,693. Out of these, 5,982 are male and 2,657 are female, plus 128 Palestinian Children.

• Number of the Martyrs Women in the Syrian Governorates

The total number of martyrs women till the end of October 2013 reached 7,670 (excluding female children), plus 170 Palestinian women.

• Number of the People Affected by the Syrian Regime Crimes and Violations

Table no. 4 shows the number of the victims till the end of October 2013, along with the total number of people impacted directly by the Syrian regime crimes and violations. The table shows that about half of the Syrian people are directly impacted by the continuous crimes and violations carried out by the Regime.

• Number of the Families with no Breadwinner till the End of October 2013

Table no. 5 shows the number of victims till the end of October 2013, along with the total number of families became with no breadwinner. The table shows that about 112 thousand families currently have no breadwinner.
